Last Updated: April 2026

1. SCOPE AND ACCEPTANCE

By accessing or using the EPIVISION website (the "Site") and learning about the EPINUC™ platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Site.

2. NO MEDICAL ADVICE

The Site, and any information provided regarding the EPINUC™ platform and single-molecule nucleosome analysis, is for informational, research, and professional purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice, professional diagnosis, or treatment. EPIVISION provides an upstream diagnostic intelligence layer; it is not a substitute for clinical judgment. Patients should always consult a qualified healthcare provider, and professionals are solely responsible for verifying diagnostic data against established clinical standards.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, branding, website design, algorithms, methodologies, and biological data analysis frameworks described on the Site (including the EPINUC™ platform) are the exclusive intellectual property of EPIVISION. Unauthorized extraction, reverse engineering, reproduction, or distribution of our proprietary content or nucleosome processing frameworks is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, the Site is provided "as is" and "as available." EPIVISION shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages—including but not limited to misdiagnosis, intervention delays, or medical outcome variance—arising out of the use or inability to use the Site or the information provided herein. You assume all risk associated with the interpretation of the liquid biopsy and diagnostic information presented.

5. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal disputes or claims arising out of or related to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Boston, Massachusetts.

6. MODIFICATIONS

EPIVISION reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the Site after such modifications constitutes your acknowledgment and acceptance of the updated terms.
